Trainee (full-time) at Asia Desk

The Hague Marketing Bureau (THMB) , The Hague Convention Bureau (THCB) and The Hague Business Agency (THBA) are part of the umbrella organisation The Hague & Partners.

For The Hague Marketing Bureau and The Hague Business Agency we are looking for a trainee at the Asia Desk (full-time).

Job profile

You will have a valuable position at THMB and THBA, where you will be part of an enthusiastic team and play an important supporting role. You must have an affinity for (Chinese) social media channels, tourism, and account management. You will also have a key role in preparing trade missions, organizing events, assist in translation of English/Chinese articles, FAM trips and you will assist our Asian department with requests. In other words, a highly versatile job!

Job requirements

  • In your third of fourth year of higher professional education (Tourism Management/Business administration /Leisure Management)
  • Eligible for work experience placement
  • Good command of Chinese, English and preferably Dutch  
  • Available full-time for a period of at least five months
  • Starting date: August/September 2019 - February 2020
